Is a Skill area modifier limited to the Expansive area modifier or will the Skill area modifer expand past the Expansive area modifier? I noticed that the Expansive area modifier doesn't increase our Skill area modifier, so I'm not sure how they effect each other.

Some of the gems have templates, others do not (topaz does, ruby doesn't for example). This makes some pages where resource info is shown look weird
