Bosses are powerful enemies encountered throughout the gameplay of Soulstone Survivors, often appearing at key moments in various gamemodes to challenge players with heightened difficulty, unique attack patterns, and increased health pools. Defeating them is typically required to progress in cycles, complete maps, or earn powerful rewards.

Bosses come in several categories, including standard Lords of the Void, Titans, and final bosses like the Void King or Mh'thaeus, the Heretic. Each has distinct mechanics, themed abilities, and elemental affinities that test the player's build adaptability and positioning. Upon defeat, bosses drop certain resources based on their category.

Bosses are also used as milestone markers in progression-based modes, such as the sequential phases in Void Fields, ritual cycles in Unholy Cathedral, or collecting titan blood in Titan Hunt. Some bosses are unique to specific game modes, while others can appear during secret events in specific maps.

Bosses[]

Lords of the Void[]

These are the most commonly encountered bosses, appearing during standard map progression after fulfilling enemy kill requirements. Up to four can spawn at once in high-difficulty settings, e.g. enabling certain Curses. Each Lord has a unique ability set and element affinity, providing variety and scaling challenge.
